The Wardrobe is a location in the game where you can change your robe. The term “Wardrobe” refers to both the actual spot with white (or red) cloth stripes that you unlock as you progress and the general area of the Chapter Select level.
You can find it in Chapter Select (CS), Journey’s first level, by positioning yourself in front of the pit that leads to the level’s end. The most south-east building is just a ruin with stairs left and right.
Checking the symbols
Once you’ve found all of the symbols, a stone circle will sprout banners; touching the banners will change your cloak (red-white or another color) to reflect the different colors.

Changing the robe

Why can’t a first-run Red Robe meet a White Robe?
When traveling as a Red Robe, players can chirp to let their companions know their scarf is empty, which means experienced players will have to rely on each other for scarf power.
