Prerequisites for any and all travelers planning to enter Dubai Present a valid negative COVID19 PCR test certificate that was issued within 48 hours after the sample was obtained and issued by an approved health service provider with a QR code. The certificate must have been issued within 48 hours after the sample was collected.
