When you get your acceptance letter and start packing your belongings, the word that comes to mind is “home.” There’s an emptiness when you walk into your new room and a loneliness when you’re sitting through orientation. The first week may be terrible or fantastic, but you’ll eventually begin to hope.

One of the best things about college life is that you get a new experience every day. During my college years, in addition to studying, my friends and I did a lot of other things, including traveling to new places, having new experiences, and learning a lot of new things.
